Ben Reiss, our founder, has been working in the city of Philadelphia in the mid rise and mixed use building sector for nearly a decade. The city construction landscape has changed dramatically, adopting new building codes and implementing new permitting practices. As a developer himself he understands there are inumerable cost increases associated with these changes but also an opportunity to change with them.

Our Mission

Philadelphia Construction Consultants began as a way to help Developers, Owners, and Builders produce the most efficient product while delivering the best quality experience for the end user. Making minimal adjustments to the design and developer intent PCC works to maximize return on investment and return on costs of construction. In this environment where construction costs and interest rates are high, Developers have to be wary of all the details in the project. Just like a golf swing - minor adjustments can make the difference between a great drive and a shanked ball. PCC works to make sure the project is a fairway shot. PCC endeavors to fine tune the building and deliver the design intent while keeping in mind the realities of the financial constraints.
